(…) Žudeći red iz kaosa, Martina priželjkuje, kako sama navodi: nadu, ljubav, istinu; žudeći zapravo Boga u sebi i po sebi. Je li to vrhunaravni simbol kršćanstva ili antički logos prirode višeznačno je, i može se promatrati iz različitih paralela, a u ovome spektru svega moguće je različito tumačenje između vjernika i nevjernika. Ali rezultat je isti: ljubav, odnosno njezin pokretački nagon – eros – koji pokreće svijet. Uslojavanjem pak motiva dobiven je svojevrsni mikrouniverzum u kojem sve iskače, kreće se i giba iskošenim putanjama koje kao da proizlaze iz teorije svega. Sve se tu povija, savija i ubrzano kreće. Stvorivši vlastiti slikovni univerzum, Martina se odražava ujedno i u fizikalnom i božanskom. – Željko Marciuš, iz teksta u pratećem katalogu izložbe

(…) In her quest to find order within chaos, Martina seeks, as she herself puts it, hope, love, and truth: ultimately yearning for God both within and through herself. Whether seen as the ultimate symbol of Christianity or the ancient logos of nature, its meaning is multifaceted and can be approached from different perspectives; within this spectrum, believers and non-believers may interpret it in distinct ways. Yet the result is the same: love, or its motivating force – eros – which drives the world. By layering motifs, Martina creates a kind of microcosm in which everything springs forth, moves, and flows along skewed paths that seem to arise from a theory of everything. Everything twists, bends, and accelerates in constant motion.
